We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines our approach to information collection, third-party AI model and bot developers and compliance with privacy laws when using the IDEAL-GenAI chatbot platform.
Information Collection and Use:
IDEAL-Gen.AI does not collect or store any personal information from its users. The platform is designed to operate without the need for user accounts, personal data or login credentials. All interactions with the IDEAL-Gen.AI chatbot are completely anonymous and do not require the disclosure of any individual's private information.
No Servers or Data Storage:

Third-Party AI Model and Bot Developers:
-
While IDEAL-Gen.AI does not collect or store any user data, the third-party AI model and bot developers who provide the underlying technology may have different privacy practices.
-
These third-party providers, such as Mistral AI, may receive anonymized information about users' interactions with the IDEAL-Gen.AI chatbot. This is to help them improve their services.

Additionally, third-party bot developers who create bots with API integration into the IDEAL-Gen.AI platform, including Mistral AI, may view and store anonymized chat logs on their own servers. This is for the purpose of training their models.
-
Users should review the privacy policies of any third-party providers they interact with through the IDEAL-Gen.AI platform.
